Book distribution

Saturday, February 4, 2012: In the afternoon attended a book distribution function organized by Bharat Relief Society and supported by Prabha Khaitan Foundation.

Over the last few years, we have been doing this function. To be honest, it is indeed very satisfying to provide free books to over 2000 students every year, especially to the needy ones.

I met Pradip Bhattacharya, Member of Parliament and West Bengal Pradesh Congress President who was there at the function as a guest. 

Also present on the occasion was actress Arpita Chatterjee (picture).
