Dr Sonal Mansingh's birthday party

Monday, April 30, 2012: Yesterday evening I attended Dr Sonal Mansingh’s birthday party at Amatrra Spa lounge at Hotel Ashok. The venue was elegantly decorated and the host was very gracious.

Quite a few personalities from Delhi's social and cultural life were there. I met Sudhir Tailang, Jawahar Sircar and others. I also greeted Shri L K Advani and his wife. Had an informal chat with Pratibha Advani about her books and the documentary film she is doing and her plans to bring them to Kolkata in the near future.
