At the Grand Hyatt Singapore

18, 2012, Hotel Grand Hyatt, Singapore:
I reached Singapore very early in the morning today from Kolkata. The
Silk Airways, which is a regional air service, of Singapore
Airlines has misplaced my baggage.
After
clearing the formalities at the airport's Lost and Found Counter, I
checked in this property Grand Hyatt Singapore, which lived up
to its name of being truly grand.
The
airlines had assured me that my baggage would reach me by noon, but
it is almost 1:30 pm now and I am still waiting for a call from the
concierge who is in touch with the airlines since morning.
I
think I have to leave now since I have a meeting scheduled at 2 pm.
